Your role

What does an inspector actually do?

Each inspection takes about 30–45 minutes. Here's exactly what you'll do:

Visit the apartment in person

Go to the address provided by the renter. Check that it matches the listing and actually exists.

Take real, unfiltered photos

Photograph every room, the entrance, hallway, building exterior, and any issues you notice — no filters, no staging.

Follow a structured checklist

Use our inspection checklist to evaluate condition, cleanliness, natural light, noise level, humidity, and more.

Write honest notes

Share your personal impression. Would you live here? What surprised you? Is anything different from the listing? Be direct.

Submit your report

Upload your photos and notes through the RoomScan app. We handle formatting and delivery to the renter.
